ViktorDAO discord bots are operated by ViktorDAO Foundation. Throughout the Gitbook or ViktorDAO bots, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ViktorDAO. ViktorDAO offers the discord bots, including all information, tools and services regarding the discord bots to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By integrating the ViktorDAO discord bots, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all discord managers that implement the ViktorDAO discord bots on their server.

We are not responsible for any produced content that discord bots share on your discord server. if information made available via our discord bot is not accurate, complete or current, we do not take any responsibility.

You agree that it is your responsibility to do your own research of provided information and that the information provided by us is solely for information purposes and can not be perceived as financial advice or suggestion.
